By purchasing a Trial, Membership, Workshop, Nutrition Programme, or Personal Training Package, I consent to providing my coach with my contact details, including my name, phone number, and email address. I agree that my coach may send emails regarding events, health, fitness, lifestyle information, and offers. I also consent to my coach holding and storing personal information about me relevant to my health and fitness, including my weight, height, body mass index, body composition data, posture and mobility assessments, mental health, physical health and injury history, food diaries and habit logs, performance data, fitness goals, personal information affecting my health, progress photos, and videos of me.

This information will be kept securely and disposed of appropriately.

I consent to my coach occasionally sharing information about my fitness journey on their online business platforms for marketing purposes.

I agree to give 100% commitment to everything I do from this point onward. My coach agrees to offer a full refund if, after one month of sessions, I am dissatisfied with any improvements in my fitness, health, or lifestyle. I understand that for any money-back guarantee to be honoured by Andrea Lea Fitness, I must fully comply with all parts of the program, maintain detailed diaries, and complete all agreed sessions, both with and without my coach. I will provide evidence of full compliance.

1-2-1 PT - We never cancel on each other; we only reschedule, ensuring that I stay on track with my goals. If an appointment cannot be made, my coach will offer a minimum of two reschedule options within that week. If they cannot be arranged, they must be scheduled within the next month, or the session will be lost. If I do not give 48 hours' notice before rescheduling, my session will be forfeited. I am aware that

missed Group PT sessions can only be made up by attending additional sessions at different times with the "Full Access" membership.

The minimum contract period is three months. For any holidays taken, advance notice is required so that my coach can plan my sessions to ensure I make the most of the time before and after. This ensures there are no missed sessions and I stay on track.

1-2-1 PT - If my coach is away, they will always reschedule at a convenient time, ensuring that I continue to make progress. Arriving late for scheduled appointments will reduce the session time to avoid disrupting the next client.

If for whatever reason I am unable to continue my programme or require to pause my membership or plan, a 30 days notice period is required.

I declare that I am free from illness and willing to participate. I understand that there are risks involved in the activities I do with my trainer both inside and out of the gym, and I accept full responsibility. I will discuss any concerns about my health with my GP before starting a fitness or nutrition programme.


I understand that the minimum commitment following the trial is a three-month contract if I decide to become a StrongHer Member.

"What if I get sick or injured?"

Speak to your coach, and they will adjust the coaching or training session to help you maintain your programme. Let them know if you are sick or injured so you can focus on something else, such as stretching, mobility, breathing or relaxation training, retesting your body composition, reassessing goals and the fitness plan, lifestyle coaching, or nutrition planning. If the injury affects one part of your body, you can ask your trainer to focus on another area. If you have a more serious injury or illness that hinders your ability to attend sessions, we can recommend a private physiotherapist, or we will work with you and your physician to fully understand any restrictions and modify your programme accordingly.
